In terms of communication capabilities, our rack-mounted lithium batteries feature robust integration with external devices and monitoring systems, ensuring real-time data exchange for full control over battery status and system operations. With built-in communication modules, the batteries support various protocols such as Modbus, CAN, RS485, RS232, SNMP, making it easy to interface with energy management systems (EMS), monitoring platforms, and other smart devices. This enables real-time transmission of critical data like charge/discharge status, voltage, current, and temperature, allowing users to remotely monitor and manage the system, identify potential issues, and receive early warnings to improve operational safety and reliability.
In the application for telecommunications base stations, our 4G SIM Card + GPS + SNMP rack-mounted lithium batteries provide reliable backup power. Telecommunications base stations require high stability of power supply, and our lithium battery system ensures a continuous and stable power supply, maintaining the normal operation of the base station during power interruptions or load fluctuations. With intelligent BMS and communication systems, the batteries can interact with the base station's power management system in real time, automatically adjusting the operating state to maintain the stability of the power supply. In emergencies, the battery can quickly provide backup power to keep the base station running without mains power, ensuring continuous communication network operation. Additionally, the long lifespan and low maintenance requirements of the batteries offer significant advantages in telecommunications base station applications, reducing operational and maintenance costs.

Compared to traditional lithium batteries, LiFePO4 cells demonstrate superior tolerance to extreme conditions such as high temperatures, overcharging, and short circuits, significantly improving the battery's safety. Additionally, LiFePO4 cells have a longer cycle life, typically exceeding 8000 cycles @80% DOD 0.5C, reducing the frequency of replacements and maintenance costs. With higher energy density and lighter weight, our rack-mounted lithium batteries provide powerful energy output while maintaining a smaller size and lighter weight, offering users a more efficient and reliable energy solution.
