All of our electric trishaw and e-rickshaw 48V / 60V / 72V / 80V lithium batteries undergo strict quality control and multiple tests before delivery. Starting with cell selection, we only use Grade A high-discharge-rate cells, and perform capacity matching, internal resistance checks, and voltage consistency screening to ensure uniform performance across every battery pack. After assembly, each battery undergoes high-temperature aging, vibration testing, charge/discharge cycles, and overcharge/overdischarge protection tests to simulate real-world operating conditions and verify safety and reliability.
Our inspection process strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system, and we have established a high-standard testing laboratory tailored to electric trishaw and e-rickshaw battery requirements. This ensures the exceptional performance and reliability of our batteries, providing customers with trusted high-performance power solutions.

首先,在电芯筛选阶段,我们仅选用A级高倍率放电电芯,并通过三重核心检测确保基础品质:通过容量匹配测试筛选容量偏差≤2%的电芯,避免因容量差异导致充放电不均衡;借助专业设备进行内阻检测,剔除内阻超标(偏差>5mΩ)的电芯,保障电能传输效率;开展电压一致性筛查,确保同批次电芯开路电压偏差≤0.02V,从根本上提升电池组的稳定性与使用寿命。
电池组装完成后,还需通过多轮模拟真实工况的严苛测试,全面验证安全与可靠性:一是高温老化测试,将电池置于60℃恒温环境下持续充放电循环72小时,排查电芯热稳定性与BMS温控响应能力;二是振动测试,模拟城乡颠簸路况,在10-500Hz频率范围内进行多方向振动冲击,检测外壳结构与内部电芯固定的抗损性;三是充放电循环测试,完成至少5次完整充放电循环,验证容量保持率(需≥98%)与电压平台稳定性;四是极端保护测试,人为模拟过充(超额定电压120%)、过放(低于保护电压20%)场景,验证BMS是否能精准触发保护机制,确保无漏液、鼓包、过热等安全风险。
